There is no active front in Ceelbuur because there is no supply route leading to the main town. If Galmudug was to join the war they would have started in Ceel Qooxle. I see why they didn’t care to mention the name of the supposed deegaan because it would show the outskirts of Dhusamareb & Guriceel

There are currently overlapping claims to all of them and their many tuulos, the various rival clans and subclans of Hawiyo are having a proxy war since they are part of the both SNA and Alshabab.

Without a consensus who actually owns these districts and villages, I can imagine it will only escalate and pouring weapons into the area will only add fuel to the fire.

Does anyone know what weapons Alshabab captured, I saw a couple of the Storm APC donated by Qatar, some of the turkish donated military trucks.

Did they get their hands on the MRAP Kirpi Somalia only has 8 of them.
