Separatism in Ethiopia and Somaliweyn. Could this be a chance for Greater Somalia?

As we know Ethiopia is at High risk of disintegrating as a unitary state, if Tigray manages to separate it could cause a domino effect : Oromia and Ogaden would be the first to declare independence.
In that scenario would you support a united Somaliweyn under these conditions?
1) federal Somaliweyn Somaliland, Somalia, Puntland and Ogadenia would be autonomous states within the United States of Somaliweyn
2) reconciliation conference, all clans should be included in the political process and should forgive each other for past wrongdoings
3) multiple capitals : Mogadishu, Hargeysa, Garowe and Jigjiga would be equal capital cities. Parliament would rotate between the cities and we should have a council of presidents from each territory and from major clans with a federal presidents elected every few years so that every clan had the chance to rule.

I wouldn't mind an independent DDSI (that's internationally recognised with Addis' blessing) forming a loose federation with my country Somaliland. However under no circumstances should ex Italian Somalia be allowed to join this aforementioned federation.

NB Not hating on Somalia but they are balkanized themselves and look set to remain in this state for a very long time

No official border changes can be recognized especially if AddisAbaba regime disentegrates. Permanent autonomy/independence of kilils are possible, especially for Tigray and DDS.

DDS also is not agitating to join the Amisom project. Its more likley DDS joins JSL but that is also very, very, unlikely.

An unrecognized/unofficial version of greater Somaaliland scenario can happen once Somaalia Itaaliana gests out of Amisom trusteeship and reaches a reunification agreement with JSL and that and who knows what happens in Djibouti or the northern/eastern coounties of Kiinya

I also have add that supporting freedom and self-determination for DDS should not mean hating on Axmaara or any other Ethiopian tribe/ethnicity. You can support a good outcome for both DDS and the kilils who choose to not separate from Ethiopia

Realistically, i just cant see Ethiopia collapsing anytime soon. Hypothetically i think considering the current state of Somalia ddsi would be better off seeking independence + recognition and build strong trade relations with Somaliland/Somalia.

It's more realstic for DDS and JSL to form a union than with Somalia

ogaden would have absolute supermajority everywhere in Somalia. That scares a lot of people, including darood clans, not to mention hawiye wouldn't like several million daaroods joining the union
