Ethiopia on an objective basis are not Horn of Africa because that's solely the Somali Peninsula.
In a Social Context they are, also Bantus can somewhat get away with the EA title, people will look at them sideways but still get away with it but on Bantu can claim Horn and mfs don't call them out on it and certainly not Bantu Kenyans outside of Somali Native Soil.
