Yes except the season has been 3 years and counting :mjcry:. I still believe it is seasonal. I have chronic indo adeg. I can't see a problem if I don't look.

Vitamin B13 is also a big one too. And drinking a lot of water. Something about the trees being naked and the vape looking mist of the cold kills me on the inside. And the runny nose and the puffer jacket which overheats me

not to mention the cold fingers which i cant feel

Vitamin D drips, been taking them for a while, and they do wonders for me, it takes weeks for them to be absorb make sure to top up.
