Somaliland is a country.
It follows the principles made by the Montevideo convention.
A permanent population
A defined territory
A government
and to enter relations with other states (Ethiopia and Djibouti)
Somalia is claiming the territory but has no control over it.
Just like with the Falkland Islands and Argentina.
It doesn’t need to be internationally recognised to be its own country because it is a country but has no recognition from a international agency.
Somalia needs to acknowledge it was a union not incorporation.

I want it to happen but if Turkey becomes biased to Somalia it will not help anything.
