I hated attending during my schooldays , it was a chaotic atmosphere, there were people always fighting for no reason , and many were in the 10th grade and they don't even know their times table .
I was the only Somali in class , there was a Nigerian girl and an Oromo boy.
We all had something in common three foreigners with higher grades than the rest of the pupils lol
I felt sorry for this Oromo kid he was genius but his silence made him vulnerable in the class filled with predatorous hyenas, he was constantly picked on by madows , because he had A+ and they had F- , they would blame foreigners for excelling well
I on the otherhand was capable of putting bullies in their place and being neutral , lol
Yh school can be rough tbh especially if you cannot stand up for yourself.
The oromo kid was suicidal , years later he's a university post graduate studying medicine in France , he told me hard work pays off and patience is important in life.
I just happened bumped into one of the popular school bully the other day , damn he was a popular stud , rugby player , back in the days , the girls would salivate in his presence , he was also responsible for determining students wether they were cool/nerds/ crazy or outcasts
now he regrets knocking up more than 10 baby mamas , he wished he didn't drop off.
Stay in school sxb , patience is the key, no matter what the circumstances are , get that certificate and once you have that , you'll study anywhere , qualifications matters
