I don't see Saudis stealing like that. Even in places like Tunisia, they leave their wares out in the open and no one takes anything. And on the occasion they do, jungle justice is meted out, and the whole populace in the square tackles and beats the living shit out of the poor guy like something out of the Greek Colosseums, only instead of prisoner vs Gladiator or drooling beast, it's Bloodthirsty Mob vs Some poor guy stealing to feed his kids.
