I think their genes are overrated tbh. If anything it’s more to do with having stronger bodybuilding culture than us. Well What do you know, both those demographics have men in muscular shape and have a strong gym culture. Although I don’t believe black men are all muscular because aren’t in the best shape and tbh most people the west aren’t either.
If something is important to you, you will value it and have more people within said culture will try to attain it. Personally if Somalis were naturally wham and still have that hot blooded big heart mindset, it wouldn’t be fair to everyone else

Somalis don't have shit genes, just shitty work ethic. I actually get really good results if I go to the gym consist, but Im lazy. I know multiple guys who have natural strenght, good frame but don't go to the gym.
I think we will see change when we see more jacked up somali guys. My neighbour is over 2 meters tall and jacked up. He has inspired more guys to hit the gym, we like copying each other.

I don’t think it’s even shitty work ethic, I’ve seen Somali guys in shape and I’m not too bad myself. Most people aren’t bodybuilders. It’s funny because outside the gym on day to day basis I hardly see anyone in shape, when I go to the gym the men and women there have amazing physiques like top 5%.
Btw just because doesn’t go gym doesn’t mean they don’t do things which lead to hypertrophy. The myth of the smart guy that doesn’t study doesn’t really exist or the buff guy that never puts tension on his muscles but is wham, doesn’t makes sense. Many people underplay the effort they make in the gym. I guy for example would be going gym for 3 years but will say I’ve only been going for 1 1/2 etc.
There is always an action someone is doing that leads to a particular result. This I’m born like this for me is a cope out. I myself when asked things that I’m good at underplay/take the humble route but the truth is in anything you do. There is lot of time/effort to get good at something.
Where were you in the other thread when it was just the ladies defending Somali genes? This post could have been insightful.
