Harti and Hiil Harti is all politics. the sultan and garads are not pro puntland out of walaaltinimo but because they are pragmatic political figures. They have their people’s interests at heart and they know that their peoples rights and livelihoods are protected under PL constitution.

Puntland won't exist for long the way you guys keep going. You will all be eating fufu in Mogadishu under Amisom, that's the goal for you. That's what the FGS has planned for you. They will never stop finding new militias and groups in Puntland and slowly they will rip it apart while you keep looking at Somaliland.
The FGS doesn't have to succeed at governing. They just have to destroy puntland and Jubbaland and make it unsafe to live then you can live under Amisom and everyone will be equal.
