On a serious note though, Puntland can't build roads there. Too expensive but I'd rather say start investing in Cal-Madoow and have it as a primary source of vegetables instead of relying on Somalia.

Calmadow sees more rainful than 99% of Somalia, just last year there were 4 rainfalls in Northern Sanaag. There are 100s of waterfalls around the area and we only use 3.

Calmadow Is highland like Ethiopia where Qaad grows. Calmadow has a lot of water, qaad can grow very well . The only problem is the roads to market.
Is the time Federal government and Puntland build Calmadow roads and keep hard currency and Dollars in Somalia instead of sending to the countries that do not like you.
