I never personally met/seen an ajnabi with a somali spouse but it seems that Sam legit is interested in Somali culture and he seems like a caring husband + he's on his deen so props to him
With that said, he sounds really naive at times in some of his videos such as when he's comparing Somali and Arabic culture/language (he's subtlety trying to call us Arabs!

With that said, his children will never be somali
The only way his decendants will be Somali is if his daughter(s) marries a Somali man and make a new qabil called habr cadaan.

Had two reer xamar guys at my old crappy night shift job and they were humble and funny people + we always stuck together (we used to pray salah during warehouse work lol) and they always had my back just in case.
The funny thing is that they were proud to be from Somalia and were staunch unionists when i told them I'm lander/isaaq
But you probably know them more than me as (i think) cad cads live around Islington/hackney and i don't live near there so I rarely (if ever) see any of them.
