It's so macaan. I have a private obsession with sailing and getting a private pilot licence for Somalia. Roads are terrible and someone times you need to get in an out.


But the ocean is something else.

Madagascar has far better land than Somalia, yet it is still a total shithole. I am permabearish on Africa. The place is cursed. You are wasting investing there. There are tons of business opportunities in the West.

Africa in a private Equity Heaven. That's my long term goal in Somalia. The only problem is getting the money without having to use Chinese influence. Investment culture in Somalia doesn't exist and showing people to invest in sectors with business that can deliver returns will help build the culture of investing.

BTW, if you take Vanilla seeds from Madagascar and plant them in 1000 acres, you will be a millionaire within 5 harvests.

You could make your own sushi right in the boat.

Get a satellite phone and stay connected to the world.

A few long barrel rifles and couple pistols hidden in a few compartments and your laughing.

Also the little ocean front tullos are great for stocking up on water and edibles.
