8 years ago it might have been a possibly but PL is stationed in the fringes of Sool.

Any movement war will without with SL, Sool garrison which will then get reinforcement from other regions / garrison to ensure they move forward.

Laascaanood is fully integrated in Somaliland and Tukaraq is slowly being as well.

For pl to keep a foothold in Sool it must invest in the 2 towns (Boocaame & Taleex) it still has influence otherwise it will lose those.
