I dont do gender warrior threads. Im not talking about the wider culture im talking about the individual family members in relation to the victim here.

Fathers are neglectful in general and especially regarding this, brothers are typically unaware and husbands will usually either find it normal or be horrified. I dont see how this isnt mostly neutral (as in whether or not they want it to happen of course a father is liable to his childrens safety)
