Denis Kireev, a member of the first Ukrainian delegation to negotiate with Russia, was “actually” shot dead outside a courthouse in central Kyiv, blogger Anatoly Shariy claims.
Earlier, the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Alexander Dubinsky, said that the Security Service officers killed Kireev during the arrest. There is no official confirmation of this yet.
