the last time China had a war is when they tried to invade Vietnam in 1979. Vietnam beat the shit out of china even though the bulk of the Vietnamese army was at war and occupying Myanmar.

Another interesting point is that Xi Jinping might be kicked out on the annual congress meeting to pick a leader for the next 5 years this meeting is happening in 2022. Some of those against Xi have accused him of being soft with Taiwan. For China to guarantee a win over Taiwan. China will definitely need Russian troops in Taiwan. China does have impressive gear but a war with Taiwan needs boots on the ground and China just does not have any combat experienced generals or soldiers.

That’s the beauty of an authoritarian nation.

There’s always a way to get solider to fight.Especially if you are willing to do anything.

Don’t forget a weak and poor china was able to force its population to only have one child each.Todays china could probably convince it’s citizens of anything.

The one child policy is the main issue for the weak moral of their soldiers it created a generation of little emperors. around 70 percent of Chinese soldiers come from a 1 child family and because of this most parents don't want to lose their child as a child is their future retirement so a war would be very unpopular and chinise parents are against their child being in the army to begin with.

You really do have to marvel at their almost natural inclination to race loyalty; no other group of people has this trait evident at the institutional level...

..They have formed powerful economic blocs and military alliances while every other group is content with weakening themselves through pointless internecine wars or heated rivalries.

The Slavs seem to be the only true exception to this.

If I presided over an African Nation that had a remarkable economy like that of Germany, I would move to dominate the entire region through the creation of 'multilateral' institutions...

..I would use these institutions to economically elevate ostensibly 'democratic' Nations like Kenya and Tanzania; with that done, dictators, ineffectual leaders and traitors (to the continent) would be removed by force in every Nation in the region.

Nominating and subsidising significant (and suitable) Nations in every other region of Africa (except North Africa) to carry out similar programs would be the next order of business.


After stability has been established and economic growth is apace... the message to Africans thinking of leaving Africa for Europe for economic reasons would be as follows:


Europe is not your inheritance or homeland


You can't leave Africa in the typically pitiful fashion that the world is accustomed to witnessing


You no longer have legitimate, understandable reasons to leave


You must contribute to efforts to rebuild your home (Country) and tend to your own garden


The above is a glimpse into my fantasy.
