Echoing what @Cam said about Surah Baqrah. Surah Falaq is also good for protection from evil. There is benefit in all surahs. Surah Fatiha in particular is the surah for achieving victory, whether with work, exams, or annoying people.

In addition to the regular prayers, add Salat ul-Duha after the sun rises, but before Dhuhur and pray Salat ul-Witr at night after Isha, along with 2 rakat of sunnah before Fajr, before/after Dhuhur, before Asr, and after Maghrib.

What @Waaqo of Punt said is true as well. We as Muslims need to combine Duniya and Akhira - listen to Quran and Ruqiyah while you study, work out, run errands, etc. Do whatever tasks you need to do, otherwise it will add more anxiety to your plate

Also, if you're in the northern hemisphere, now that it's almost winter, try fasting on Mondays and/or Thursdays from time to time - it's super easy now that the days are short - it's essentially like skipping lunch

Remember that people and devils can plot all they want but that God and God Alone provides security and protection. Once you place all of your trust in Allah and believe in Him as the disposer of all of your affairs, your entire outlook on life will change for the better and you'll find inner peace
