There is a growing number of Somali nationalist incels cosplaying as Somali woman and this is really worrying. The nationalist incel accounts want ordinary Somalis to believe that Somali women support the dehumanization of Somali women. They also want ordinary Somalis to believe that Somali women wholeheartedly support the raging incel subculture in our community.

These incels don't even do a good job of concealing their identities and are often caught slipping up. Their incel talking points like "BLM xalimo" or "Dhi#o race traitor" often exposes them. Somali women are not behind those accounts. I will list a number of accounts on Twitter larping as Somali woman. Please report their accounts. I don't know anything about Twitter but here on sspot there are non of those but what we do have is the opposite we have xalimos larping as faaraxs like @hamar_oo_iidil and some others that I can't think from the top of my head.

Anyone can pose as anyone on the internet. The internet is anonymous, and you should not trust anyone on the internet to necessarily be telling the truth.

I think the bigger problem with people here is that people are putting too much weight on what they see online (Twitter, TikTok, etc) about Somalis, and somehow judge the entire ethnicity for what is going on. These websites have algorithms that keep sending you what you either like or hate, so if you keep reading tweets about things you dislike, Twitter or TikTok will keep sending you these things to keep you in the platform.

The solution is simple - whatever internet feuds you see on the internet are not representative of the real world. Do not make overarching assumptions about large swaths of a given population for what you see online, especially with these algorithmic websites biasing you to what you like/hate. People on this website really need to stop posting random stuff they see about Somalis on the internet.

The deeqo account was exposed a couple of months ago. The person behind that account is a somali guy larping as a Somali woman. The one that speaks Arabic is "dervish conan" and a Somali guy is also behind that account. They are all paid trolls tasked to spread disinformation and manipulate ordinary somalis. All the troll accounts mostly speak about Somali politics. Sometimes you will see them attacking Somali women and displaying their raging incel views.
