90% of the ones I met are extremely arrogant, and have this very odd air of superiority about them, especially towards other Arabs. for a country with a GDP per capita of $4,900, they talk like they're the Japanese.

Most Lebanese that fled after the civil war were Muslim.

In Australia, the Lebanese are generally divided into the pre-1970 Christians and post-1970s Muslims. Even the government makes this distinction.

A lot of them also converted to Christianity after immigrating.
