I honestly can tell the difference between them and Black Africans. Especially in group pictures (with a few faces).

They have brow-ridges (the adults) while Africans have rounded 'soft' foreheads. Lastly, they carry genes for blondism (some of those kids have brown/dirt blonde/red hair, while in Africans that's extremely rare to nonexistent.

Aren't Ainu people descendant of Jōmon people, and later Siberian influence? I also think I remember they had some haplogroups that both Siberians and Jōmon didn't carry, which may come from the Japanese.

The Ainu descend from people that have lived in the archipelago much longer than the Yaoyi people who are the ancestors of the mainland Japanese.
