Robow was never "allowed" to run for Office. The Feds let him know many times, he wouldnt listen.

Finally after delaying the elections deliberately 4 obvious reason the Feds acted and instructed AMiSOM, DANAB and the recent Federal Police deployed in Baydhabo to arrest the punk.
