Jowhar has recently been hosting a lot of explosions and been experiencing a lot of security instability and a failing security apparatus. This is not just a Jowhar problem but the whole of eastern middle Shabelle has been in chaos with clan fighting on one side and AS early morning raids on SNA bases on the other.
