Abu Dhabi here in the UAE apparently doesn't let people go to malls or restaurants without having been vaccinated. And you have to have been vaccinated and be proven covid free to enter the city from other UAE cities. The rest of the UAE is very lax, though. All that is required to go anywhere is wearing a mask though employers are starting to require you be vaccinated and schools and Unis already have vaccination drives so most people are gonna get it one or another.
