The definition of a fraternity or "frat" can vary widely but usually a fraternity can be described as a social club consisted of college kids who share a common goal, they usually indulge in large amounts of partying and alcohol and they use Greek letters as their logo. I think you have to pay a monthly fee to be considered a member and they have a designated house they use as living quarters or for partying. The whole frat thing is the epitome of peer pressure, it's so dumb and I don't know why people join them.
