If you want to make it with resources and have good job opportunities, Minnesota. Watch your back though.

For the best actual scenery and beautiful land, would be San Diego or Boston.

Seattle rains too much and seems depressing, same with Portland.

Am a Londoner never been there but I will have to say West coast has some nice landscapes like Washington mountains, and in california apparently theres a river thats safe to drink

I live in Colorado. Colleges here are great, beautiful view of the mountains, and you get all weather types and I like that. We recently bought a beautiful house. The suburbs here are great also.

Minnesota has good economy but if u have a lot of money california is the best state. I miss san diego but its hard getting a job there. San diego got the best weather, food, and its like the whole world lives there. Ahh i miss it

Honestly, MN.

MN is a state where if you take advantage of what's offered, you'll do great. If not, you'll end up in the slums. It's the only state where you'd see a Somali doctor treat a Somali druggie who went to HS together
