They have a significant Portuguese diaspora there. They used the Portuguese as their guest workers. I don't think they are racist, they are similar in this to other Western Euros. However, if that funny Somali migration plan would take place they of course would get worried. Djiboutians would get worried if their country became 25% Amhara.

Even if literally all European Somalis took part, the cadaans would still be like 40-45%.

And there would be Somali politicians who know the social problems diaspora Somalis have, so cayr policies would be changed and prevent the fraudulent behavior we see now. Also, Af-Somali would be voted as an official language and you can just work in Af-Somali.

Actually this would be a bit of a Utopia, let's make it happen.

Of course we'll run that country with the old good 4.5 system. Cadaans will get 0.5 only if they can resite their abtirsi, and if they say I only know my last name then they get zero. Laangaab meesha wax lagu qeybsado ma soo galo.
