In Seattle the higher the down payment the easier it is for mortgage payments so you can travel and etc

tbh the vast majority of Somalis in the state are on section 8 the most successful ones are either on the edges of Seattle or in different cities in same county

They just been saving money since 2000s ish and pay off large parts with a huge down payment of like 60-100

if we have a repeat of 08/09 than perhaps many more can become homeowners if they have cash on hand
