Reer Jalalaqsi return Ceel Baraf man after kidnapping

He was kidnapped in Buulo Burte by xl mooryaan after a woman was shot whilst travelling between mahadaay and jalalaqsi a week or so ago. The man who killed the woman is still in our custody and will be sent to Muqdisho.
