The RCMP claims that they found an ISIS flag in his car and they didn't charge him on terrorism. He was like someone who was sentenced in absentia and didn't utter a word in the court proceedings because he refused all legal representations. His female partner (which he shunned her and cut contacts with her) says, that he was mentally ill. Why did he need a Somali interpreter in court? Did drugs damage his cognitive function? Yeah I read about this. It's a sad story clearly he had serious mental issues and never sought help. It sucks for him he did this in the most conservative province in the country with a hard-on for any isis related. Anywhere else he would've been found criminally not responsible like that Asian guy who cutoff the head of a greyhound passenger like 10 years ago. He is out and living his best life now.
