The RCMP claims that they found an ISIS flag in his car and they didn't charge him on terrorism. He was like someone who was sentenced in absentia and didn't utter a word in the court proceedings because he refused all legal representations. His female partner (which he shunned her and cut contacts with her) says, that he was mentally ill. Why did he need a Somali interpreter in court? Did drugs damage his cognitive function? What's the deal with him?
