A panel of all whites discussing the new age "scramble for Africa" what a shame. The old man is at least glad that Europe isn't a part of this mess but obviously this new group of UAE, Qatar and the Saudis are willing to sponsor different entities in the area in exchange for influence and becoming proxies. It was bound to happen eventually especially to a state like Somalia which is akin to a carcass being surrounded by vultures.
