Why would social media take the kids if he would just shut up and raise them? Its terrible she's being deadbeat, but luckily for his kids, they have an abo. Some kids have no mum or dad to fall back on. Also, its only 48hrs? Why can't he keep them from time to time?

Because he is not legally responsible she took him out of custody when they divorced and was claiming single mother for benefits.

I highly doubt they were even married legally to begin with. They're fobs from the looks of it. No legal marriage or divorce. So lets not behave as though that was her doing.

If I were him I would take those kids straight back home, he clearly isnt capable of feeding them and taking care of them at the same time. Remember its very tough in Europe to work and gain daycare access as a single father. Also no benefits for single fathers either.

Stop making excuses for them. Are women superhumans? Majority of single mothers work during the day, cook, clean and nurture their children.

Why do we make 101 excuses for men and then turn around and berate single mothers? At least now you finally understand their struggles.

Anyways, kids need a mum or dad. If the mother is deadbeat with issues, he better keep them near.

He can’t just take the kids. She want to be deadbeat and take the kids whenever she wants, while he wants it in writing. One of my closest friends has similar problem and eventually won full custody of his two kids when his ex wife dumped them at her mum. But she also didn’t want their father who remarried have the kids. So social services and the courts got involved and social services declared her unfit mother and sided with him
