Yes, the woman has a right to a divorce if conditions are met, but we can’t nitpick how or when married people have sex. This whole idea is retarded.
Rape is rape. A woman says no. That's the end of it. To think that because you are now married you have unrestricted access to a woman's body is disturbing. Yes marriage involves sexual relations, but you cannot build a strong marriage without respecting the bodily autonomy of your wife. This is the future mother of your children you're talking about after all.
How many rapes do you think happen where three male witnesses could see them?
I'm not saying that if a woman claims her husband raped her the guy should be thrown in jail no trial, I'm just saying marital rape is real, and is no different from other instances of rape.

But a court certainly shouldn’t decide when, how or frequency of sex or which partner was or wasn’t in the mood that day. You do know marriage is a sexual relationship right?
