Great to see more of us in the gym bro! Remain consistent. Its all about longevity in the gym. Its going to take years of consistently showing up.

I have always been a gym goer, boxing and bjj back in the day now i mostly lift weights it is great to see many maaryooles embrace that life

The book i only just borrowed it so can't tell for sure but many people recommends it so will see if it holds true
