Few things stood out:
Get a haircut ASAP. Try high fade.
Receding chin. Hop on 5% liquid minoxidil to get some beard going. U need Goatee but a full bread will be a huge plus.
Braces would help fix the overbite.
Start hitting the gym, and focus on training your neck.
Do it for 2 years, and thank me later.

Minoxidil causes heart palpitations, it ain't worth it, just go bald or hair transplant.

If you have a sister or cousin, get hair advice or facial cream advice from them. I had bad hyperpigmentation and have been using niacinamide, glycolic acid and peeling solution exfoliating serum in conjunction with an Effaclar facewash and moisture for about 2 years, always get compliments for my clear, glowing skin, I also been using sunscreen design for us not cadaans, that shit used to make me darker.

If you have curly hair, grow it out, it will cover any receeding corners, and stop using shampoo, I've stopped it for 5-6 years now and it's done wonders for my hair, instead use some sort of oil for as conditioner and use friendly conditioner for curly hair that gives your hair moisture.
