Random Somali woman asked for a ride

I declined the request only because I don't feel comfortable with strangers in my truck. Is this normal in the community? Why would a person ask a stranger a ride just because you share ethnicity?

In Minneapolis you can just hop on the light rail, and the cops only check every 15 times so you got a good chance of not getting caught. If the bus is a Somali they don’t make you pay if you can’t. One broke route for me to drive me home so I didn’t have to walk LOL.
