I'm jealous that there is even a women's gym in your area. The state I'm from only had 1 women's gym and they shut it downShe is better than me. I can't stand mixed gyms and I'm not the most religious person. Many women are afraid to go to gyms for this reason, good for her for feeling comfortable enough. This thread is a reminder why. I'll drive 20 mins to an all women's gym b4 I workout with men. They need to open more women's gyms/recreation centres.
. I'm currently looking into gyms that have more women than men. I'm gonna go from exercising in shirt and pant to hijab and a mini dress. Imagine exercising with a small hijab, that's gonna choke me. 
I'm planning on wear one of those modest gym outfits for muslim women, but convincing my religious mother to go to a mix gym will take quite the process. We have a treadmill at home but Im not seeing any result. P.S. that's not me, I took a pic from google to try and show what kind of outfit i'm thinking of wearing to the gym

I'm so grateful for the only women's gym. I see a lot of older Somali women and even Arab women who come to the gym who wouldn't have joined a mixed gym. The worst part of mixed gyms is that you have to be aware of what you're wearing. I don't like to workout in a hijab. I honestly love the gym for its equipment and classes but you can try at home workouts too since you already have a treadmill.
The outfit is great, inshallah your mom has no issue with you going to the gym.
