Why hasn't the goverment tried to implement a nationwide railstation. If you think about it the country itself has alot of freight going on the sea. Using railstations can speed up the process of having freight go from one city to another. As of now their aren't any railstation except the one the Italians left behind in 1910 and it was dismantled by the British in 1940. Charity and medical supplies can then reach poverty-stricken places far quicker, it could also potentialy speed up infrastructure. And you could also use it as public transportation for the general population, making cities closer to eachother.
