We're the descendants of proto cushites and are native to East Africa, somalida are just one branch of that larger family. The true east africans are Cushites and Nilotes, anybody else is a recent immigrant. This whole so called arab connection is a ploy to convince people that we are not native to east africa and are invaders, before the bantu expansion the cushites lived from the red sea to tanzania and some still do today(southern cushites)
