Any somali person can live in hargeisa Or work. But if your clan doesnt reside there stay out the politics.

Mj or marehan won't even be a citizen of Somaliland even if he was born there and his family lived in somaliland for years.
I think SL citizenship law specifically says you have to trace back a paternal ancestor who lived in SL before 1960. So if you are marexaan and your mom is isaaq or DH you won't be able to get somaliland citizenship even if you were born in Somaliland.
