Is it true in school you have to pledge allegiance to the flag every day? If so did you yourself do it and how is it seen by others if you refused?

Yeah, they do, every morning at homeroom. No one cares if you don’t participate, but I guess that can depend on the teacher. I hear some places in the U.S doesn’t though.

Yh in elementary school but I can’t recall doing it in middle or high school. It never bothered me because I have always been; god bless America and everywhere else

Funnily enough I didn’t do the pledge much in America, in the UAE they made me do their national anthem EVERY MORNING.
