What do you think is the best neighborhood in Minneapolis to get an apartment in for a college student, I want to be close to dinkytown but not IN dinkytown. Any recs?

I live in Cedar Riverside rn(pray for me) although I’m from Richfield. I like Cedar as dinkytown is right across the river from it but I hate how ghetto it is here
