Qualities of a Righteous Husband

The qualities I think of when it comes to a righteous spouse is someone who has taqwa, gentleness along with being merciful to themselves and the creation, a sense of justice, the best leadership qualities, disciplined when it comes to anger, thinks good of others and a life long learner. A big one is they don’t backbite others. It’s a huge thing these days. Basically good character and a good judge of character.

They should possess the ability to impart wisdom and take wisdom from beneficial sources. A goal oriented person who is an optimist in the face of adversity and capable of expressing natural emotions and communicating important matters in a suitable manner. Another important quality is the ability to maintain ties of kinship to the best of their abilities.

Anything and everything in their life would revolve around what they could do to please Allah. Which in turn would make them a good person to have a family with.

I forgot a grateful and forgiving soul.
