Basically all the HAG political groups in South-Central Somalia

Things are at the development stage, what is more important at the moment is to pacify Hobyo and complete the Hobyo-Galkacyo road. So far it got to 152KM. Qoorqoor recently paid a visit and pledged money from his own pocket to finish it.
Since the peace conference, Prof Shirwac has his HQ there. The clan wars have been settled. But we cannot risk to have pirates and shabaab roaming around a future international city. Fiqi will soon send a multi GM force to secure the whole district.
