Qaraami≠Qaaci. Strictly speaking, qaraam= 63 melodies that were composed between 1930s to 1960s(some tend to include the early 70s as well).
Mostly composed by Qarshe(he composed like 50%+ of the laxans), Gu'roon-jire(with the second most laxans), Saxardiid M. Jabiye, Maxamed J Joof, Xassan Hallac, Nahaari, Good Shimbir, Subagle, Xuddaydi, Abdi Sinimo, etc.
Qaraam is divided into these two main groups: Heello(composed by Abdillaahi Qarshe) and Balwo(composed by Abdi Sinimo).
Here are some of the Qaraami melodies:

I have not heard of what is called "Qaaci" other than it being a mix of khat and kind of shah used for barjayn.
Is barta haddaba. The tick tock videos you posted are "qaaci", songs played with the guitar.
But that is how it is being back home. Do you have videos of the different qaraami that you talked about?
