Pushups

During my teen years I use to do 50 push-ups a day. If you do that, you will become powerful

Omg wait should I remove them from my routine? I thought push ups only tone the arms. I’m not trying to be a bulky girl :jcoleno:
If you're a girl try to do more cardio and leg/thigh workouts like situps. You can do pushups too just don't go crazy with it.

I guess I am doing something right :whew:
I just have to incorporate more ab workouts because I’m already doing cardio

Can u do pushups while sore

What do pushups workout besides arms

Will it make me muscular

Do situps f*ck spine up

Do pull ups or push ups

1) Rest is as important as diet and actual workout. Take 48 hours rest

2) push-ups work your triceps, front delt shoulders and chest. You'll hit the chest more if you pull back your shoulderblades.

3) Yes. It will make you stronger, strength and muscularity are correlated.

4) In many cases the hip-flexors take over the sit-up movement, that's why people feel it in the lower back. It is dangerous. Luckily this can be easily corrected by squeezing the glutes (butt cheeks) during the whole movement. Squeeze the glutes and you won't feel it in your lower back.

5) Pull ups is good for your lats, the muscle that gives you the elusive v-body frame. It targets your forearms and back. Chin ups targets, aside from your lats also your biceps, a matter of fact it activates your biceps more than a bicep curl

A few months ago I couldn't even do 1 but now I can do like 20 and planning to increase to 100 any tips
You're already doing good if you got up to 20 when you could only initially do 1. Keep up the good work M8
