After ramadan I’ll just do 1x a week ppl.

My conditioning is super horrendous. Idk why but my core sags hard whenever I try to do push ups nowadays. I was never really conditioned to begin with but damn it’s like my body doesn’t want to move
bro doing push ups at home is probably the hardest way to get jacked.

Not that push ups are ineffective. It’s just such a tough mental battle that 90% of people can’t do.

If you go to the youre already somewhere else and are forced to finish your workout. With push-ups you’ll feel dead after like 1 or 2 sets and start slacking off.

Just hit the gym, it’s more worth it.

You just have to build discipline, when I do pushups I go outside to my backyard and leave my phone so there's no distractions.

I want to switch from 3x a week full body to a push pull routine, does anyone have any good ones?
That’s what I do. Push pull legs rest then repeat.

I sometimes rest 2 days in a row. It’s super effective.

You just have to build discipline.
easier said than done.

Even people who religiously do calisthenics started off in a semi-athletic condition minimum.

You never see a skinny guy or fat guy get ripped from doing push ups at home.

Literally show me one person.

I mostly do weight training, not a lot of bodyweight exercises, but I'm tempted due to the convenience of it, since you don't need any equipment.

I hear ya bud I usually do push up as means to get the blood circulating similar to warm up. Nonetheless, it’s convenient as you mentioned at times when you don’t have the privilege to make it to the gym.
