The funny thing is that the costs of these materials are substantially cheaper when they are sourced within Africa. Aside from the appliances everything else can be built super cheap.

You might wanted the property to be gated though with a clean minimalist wall around the building. The second floor would be perfect for an unobstructed view like this; with reflect privacy glass.

A friend of mine stayed at an airbnb in Capetown with the same minilism architecture, he asked the price of house and he was told it was less than 350k including the land. The owner bought the land and designed it.

So imagine buying a land in Somalia, which relatively cheap and then designing it.

Cape Town prices are going downhill quickly.

They have some of the best minimalist designers in the world in Cape Town, it was voted the design capital for a years back to back.

The property market is bad in Capetown that you can buy an Blueprint design for pennies and take it back with you to Puntland.
