These talks have to happen on a national scale, the time for tit for tat and counter poductive demands that never go nowhere have to take a backseat. Puntland is not being harmed by the negotiation talks happening between SFG and Somaliland.

Now with that said, SFG must also have a separate meeting with concern citizens with ties to shared regions and answer their questions. That is how things are done and peace is kept
