The problem will be is the army cleans up and then leaves. These dogs will be shipped and flown in relentlessly, as our land has been earmarked for a total invasion. They will never stop trying to steal our land.
Puntland Government should do a census on everyone, and then check with every family where their family members are if there are suspicions. There are people who will go to the mountains and then come back as if nothing ever happened. The foreigners are easily spotted. The serious threat are Somali and local dayuusiin. We need a sirdoon/police state to be honest, that nobody notices but is there.
If someone is not abroad, not at home, not in Bosaso, and randomly disappears ... Xagee jirtay. Sirdoonka hala kordhiyo.
Plus, Bosaso and neighbouring areas should be under curfews until this is over. Easier to spot people coming in and out at interesting times.
