How come Scandinavian Somalis haven't produced major political figures yet? Somalis are like 0.75% to 1% of their entire countries' population. Way more than in the US in terms of %.

Looks like Minnesota and Washington State Somalis are more politically active than other diasporas?

2 things,

1. Scandinavians are very strict on who can represent them in politics most are social democratic countries, their standards are very high, even within their own whites they usually pick from the much older populations and definitely needs to be white, they make welcome immigrants to live there but not into their important government systems (which is smart) because it keeps the system working properly.

2. Immigrants aren’t educated to the best standard, usually speak the language broken even if born there. Ultimately there is a lack of opportunities given to them and they tend to just not have the confidence needed for leadership positions or for boys fall into the wrong crowd.
